* Graduate/Undergraduate Students
A certificate such as ”student’s identification card” is required for Graduate/Undergraduate Students. Please submit a copy of the certificate by e-mail to the congress secretariat
(reg-faops2019@convention.co.jp) during the application period.
If you register on-site, please show your certificate to registration staff.

◆Registration Methods

1) Advanced Registration
Registration will be done only by on-line.
Please click the "On-line Registration" button at the bottom of this page.

2) On-site Registration
Please make payment at the Venue Registration Desk at venue.
* Graduate/Undergraduate Students should show his/her certificate such as ”student’s identification card” to registration staff.

◆Payment Methods

All payment must be made in Japanese yen.

1) Credit Card
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

2) Bank Transfer
Remittance must be completed within 7 days after “On-line Registration”.
Bank account information will be provided on the last page of the “On-line Registration”.
Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants.

◆Advanced Online Registration Procedure

Create My LaCool Account Receive URL Login ID & Password Setup Workshop Registration    Payment    Receive confirmation email

Please access the online registration system and enter your profile. URL is sent to your email address to set up Login ID and password. Please select your registration category and other options. Please choose a payment method either by credit card or by bank transfer. *Pending registration is automatically cancelled after 1 hour unless a payment method is decided on. Confirmation email will be sent out when the payment is confirmed. Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk.


NOTE!
You can edit your profile, ID and Password on your account page in “My LaCool” by the deadline of Advanced Registration.

◆Confirmation / Receipt

The Confirmation Letter and Receipt can be printed out through the “On-line Registration” page, when you complete the payment.
NOTE!
✶The Confirmation Letter can be printed as many times as you wish by April 30th, 2019.
✶The Receipt can be printed only once. Please inquire the Registration Desk if you fail to print.

◆Cancellation Policy

Please note that 50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel your registration before the deadline of late Advanced Registration.
In addition, bank handling fee or transfer charge may be withdrawn from this refund.
After the Advanced Registration deadline, no refunds will be made.

◆Deadline for Registration

The deadline for online registration is February 28th, 2019 (20:00, Japan Standard Time).

IMPORTANT!
For those who submitted a regular abstract, registration should be done by October 31st, 2018.

On-line Registration is not required for abstract submission. However, if presenting author does not register by Oct. 31st, abstract may be rejected.
